sn rules in a clear spot

hi i noticed there were alot of complaints about getting kicked cause they didnt know the sn rules

i think you should have a topic on the sn forums under the welcome vistors bit so that way they have no excuse
to break them further

most of those ppl didnt know the rules (if telling the truth about that) because they didnt bother to find and read them, not because they couldnt find the rules listed anywhere
