As most recent reply was Veg, here we go;

Veg is 200m in more than one skill and aiming for more, along with his >1.4b exp and completionist cape it's clear he must be a robot irl, So must be something robot-like

He's basically all knowing in RS i use him as my wikipedia daily; Psychic types closely follow this theme

Veg is difficult to understand (for me at least) so taking in that factor....

He also is pretty lonely yet constantly seeks his partner/friend.

I didn't want to use Legendary pokemon but it's clear to me the ONLY pokemon like this in the 600+ types available is DEOXYS

Arceus.
