| Hey there nesties. Seeing as I am a veteran agilty-person-thingy, I thought I'd make a small little guide on how to level up and stay somewhat sane during agility. First off you need a combination of music, patience, food/beverage of your choosing and/or determination. Agility is a slow skill to gain experience in, so just be patient, keep pounding through the laps, and listen to your music and hell, even enjoy the nest while you're at it. FOOD/BEVERAGES – Reward yourself after every 60k xp or so with some food/drink of your liking (If you're starving/dehydrated please disregard this, this is just supposed to be a "incentive"). This changes up the normal click.... click.... click.... click.... of agility and therefore makes it a little more tolerable because it seems to go fast. For food, i suggest The Wanahunuluge Special. Guide can be found in the link . MUSIC – Music, for me at least, is a pure must. It keeps your mind off of agility and on to the music. You will frequently experience times when you seem to get into the "Agility Trance". This is a good thing where you just seem to not even pay attention to the course, but you're completing laps that have the quality that normal focused ones do. Ok now as to where you should level, and how long you should stay there. GNOME STRONGHOLD REGULAR COURSE – Do this course from level 1-35. Alternatively use Tears/lamps/Peng points to get it to 35. You need no items, but boots of lightness are nice to have. This course gives ~9000 xp per hour. BARBARIAN REGULAR COURSE - Do this course from level 35-40. Alternatively use Tears/lamps/Peng points to get it to 40. Boots of lightness and food is pretty much needed. This course gives ~12000 xp per hour. BRIMHAVEN AGILITY ARENA – Do this course from level 40-52. Bring Agility potions if your agility is anywhere from level 40 to level 45. Boots of lightness again are nice. Turn in your tickets in batches of 25/100/1000 with rewards of 6.5k, 28k, and 320k experience respectively. This course maxes out at ~28000 xp per hour. I would highly suggest bringing or getting some Karamja Gloves 2 because this gives you a +10% to that so you can hit at about 30800 xp per hour here. WILDERNESS AGILITY COURSE – Do this course from level 52-60/70/75. I highly recommend you do this course until level 70/75 Agility at the least, but it is possible to leave this place and go to the Werewolf Agility Course at 60 Agility. Either one you chose you should move on to the next course at 70/75 Agility. Now the problem with this course is it can be patrolled by Revenant Orks and below in the Revenant scale. Also, it is highly suggested you bring a slash weapon of some sort, so you can access the Mage Bank nearby. Bring only what you are willing to lose. This course averages at ~51435 xp per hour without failing. Also, a fun little fact, this course can max out at 414k xp an hour if you have a full BA horn and agility brawlers on a PVP World, making it the most experience per hour out of all the courses. APE ATOLL AGILITY COURSE – Do this course from 70/75-85 Agility. You need to have done Monkey Madness and have a ninja monkey greegree. I recommend you bring a knife or a few baskets of strawberries. Once you hit 80 Agility at Ape Atoll, you will no longer fail the course and no longer ever fail a course in agility.... EVER. This course averages at ~48000 from 70-75 and ~54000 xp per hour for myself from 75-85. GNOME STRONGHOLD ADVANCED AGILITY COURSE – Do this course from 85 Agility to 90 Agility. I suggest you summon up a magpie or macaw or whatever your main money making familiar is since there is a bank right nearby. Boots of lightness again are OK. Once you complete 250 "perfect laps" (doesn't have to be in a row, just no failing anything in a lap) of this course, you should go get yourself a pair of Agile Legs. This course averages at ~60599 xp per hour for myself based on a trail of 40 laps. BARBARIAN ADVANCED AGILITY COURSE – Do this course from 90 Agility to 99 Agility. Alternatively, you can go back to Gnome Stronghold Agility Course which only has a slightly reduced xp per hour rate compared to Barbarian Advanced Agility Course. Again after 250 "perfect laps" (doesn't have to be in a row, just no failing anything in a lap) of this course, you should go get yourself an Agile Top. This course aveages at ~63802.9 xp per hour for myself based on a trail of 29 laps. Andd........ That's it for me. Hope this helped, just kinda stating what I did and what most of my agility friends agree on. . Comment/pm/email me if you think I should include anything more. Thanks Nest!

| Yeah it is, up at 90 agility even, you chances of failing are dramatically decreased. I failed maybe a total of 20 times from 90-93 agility so it didn't really make a huge difference. | |

| Great guide! The distraction thing works well because i notice it happens to me in other skills that suck just as much. I plan to get agility top and bottom soon and i will most definitely use this guide. THANKS HOPA! | |
