This seemed an appropriate place to make this post. But last night 3/1/2015, I found the raven whilst training thieving. This is where it was located.

Odd. I'm 100% certain it was that spot, also I was on world 36 at the time. I'm not sure whether it changes location, is in different spots on different worlds or if it's in the same location for each player (although I believe it is, as I followed a nesties directions to one in the past). Hope you find it though :s

It's same spot for every player on SAME world.
Different worlds have different locations around the City. Also I'm not sure how long it's active. Some say 13hours other 23 hours. It spawns every 13 days though. This spawn was 8th.

Ah, that was because it didn't occur to me to provide a picture of the spot until after I spotted the raven. Figured it was better than nothing. : P
