Slayer has for many years now been my favorite skill in Runescape and one of the few things that I actually do in the game. I'm not someone that play the game a lot and I have taken many and long breaks from the game but now I have decided to try and finally get that 99 Slayer and make a small goal thread about it to make me try a bit harder.

Starting at 94 Slayer, I also hope to get 97-99 Magic, 97-99 Def and 91-96 Summoning along the way.

I guess it's also worth noting I don't skip tasks and don't have any monsters blocked.

Also got a sirenic scale drop today.

Starting my second year at University today which means my pace will slow down a lot. On the other hand I'm getting closer and closer to 99 magic which is nice.

I use pretty cheap gear, I spend most of my money on summ/herb/pray.

I got fully upgraded slayer helm, staff of light and full ganodermic for mage tasks, dual chaotic rapiers, full bandos and firecape for melee tasks.

I killed QBD for the first time today and got my first royal crossbow brandished, also bought armadyl gloves and boots today which i use with royal dhide top and bottoms for ranged tasks.

Other items I use are bonecrusher, berserker ring and extreme pots.

Today's highlights:

grips drop from rotarius, also got 1 key during the task.




3 lvls to go. Seeing that you need over 1 mil slayer xp to the next level feels crazy though.

I'm playing on a fairly expensive laptop I bought last year so I could play games and still have a computer to take with me to school if needed.

Don't rush 99! Once I got there the enjoyment of playing rs quickly dwindled!

It's still gonna take plenty of time ^^
Doing daily challenges, some farming, Soul Reaper, spending any money I get on Herblore/Summoning and a few quests here and there too so it's not all slayer.

93 ranged today, totally missed it myself so no pic

Also got my first ever ice strykewyrm task today, no staff drop though.
