Hello! This is not full guide that covers everything possible in temple trekk, but should be enough to get you started.
Guide is mostly aimed for ppl with high combat level (all 3 styles pretty high) who want to do hard routes.
Useful skills:
95 magic
92 prayer
Gear setup:
Helm: Snail helm
Cape: comp>max>kal>swc>fc
Amulet: Fury>glory (don't yet know all amulets and those 2 are good for all combat styles)
Gloves: Barrows
Boots: any (i used ganodermic boots for little bonus magic, since amgic is most used)
Ring: Tokkul-zo>Seers>anything
Melee equipment:
Weapon: Chaotic maul>Torag hammer
Body: Torva>Verac>bandos>rune
Legs: Torva>Verac>Bandos>Rune
Range equipment:
Weapon: Zaryte bow > Crystal Bow > anything bow-like
Body: Pernix>Karils>Armadyl>Royal>balck
Legs: Pernix>Karils>Armadyl>Royal>black
Magic equipment:
Weapon: Chaotic staff>Staff of Light>PPS>something
Body: Virtus>Akrisae>Ahrim>Gano>w/e
Legs: Virtus>Akrisae>Ahrim>Gano>w/e
Equipment:
Air runes, Fire runes, Earth runes, Water runes
Druid pouch (charged) or Ouroboros pouch if already have
Blisterwood staff
recommended 1-2 sacks of cabbages for feeding event
basically you use 8 spots in inventory for runes + those required items and 6 additional spaces to cover all 3 combat styles

Final word:
As you can see from weaknesses of monsters, magic will be used primarly and most monsters are weak to fire, which makes 95 magic really great for this minigame. Both ranged and melee are only used against one type of monster but if you dont take them this will slow your trekks significantly. If anything better come with ranged, since giant snails are also weak against arrows, while snakes have no weakness to melee at all (takes ages).
