New Lures

Hi Guys

Recently, Myself and Wapenman45 have been lured into the Wilderness and pk'ed.

So, as a result, im making this thread, for people post known lures on, so people can avoid it.

LAVA TITAN LURE
I was lured by this myself. People ask you to find out where lava titan teleports you too. i thought it would be Tzhaar. But how wrong was i? It teleports you to level 40 wilderness, just outside the KBD's lair. there was a Clan waiting for me, and i was killed for 17m worth of stuff.

They did this in cc?

Not people in the CC that are luring, but people are being lured by others, just thought we should make people aware

before they wildy update there was a warning when you teled with the lava titan. (do you want to teleport to lava maze?).

All around luring in the Wildy. Basically, just remember that you are in the wildy and 5 Dragon 2H's don't just "happen" to appear on the ground in noted form.

Don't forget the lures where you're actually pvping, and someone dies for blessed spirit shield or another item with a high alch value. There is usually always a mager around there :p

Yep lotsa lurers kicking about, if something sounds too good to be true it probably is so steer clear...

Speaking about lures, Hackers have been able to hack and bring lent items into the wildy! I know this because I was watching a video and these two dudes tricked another guy to lend 1 of them a yellow p hat.And the guy had 2, 1 in his inventory, and 1 he lent to another guy. Once the guy was about to get killed that other person returned the party hat and he and his friend got a YELLOW P HAT!

this means no santa lends for a while

Lurer1 borrows Item A (set on return on logout perhaps?)
Lurer2 fights Poor Ignorant Soul
Poor Ignorant Soul is almost dead
Lurer1 logs out, Item A is returned.
Poor Ignorant Soul dies...


But Item A is in collections box?

Lurer1 uses Yellow Phat with Ignorant Soul
Glitch: You're not able to bring borrowed items into the wildy; so not that ignorant

Oh you can use the item on the person to give it back?

And the glitch makes you take borrowed items into wildy?

Therefore Lurer1 'uses' (therefore gives back) the yellowphat to Pool Ignorant Soul just before Lurer kills him, and BAM death = yellowphat?

Yes - the "use item on Player" only works if the item is lent till log out. If you do that, the person will get item in his inventory.
Although, I believe this glitch has been fixed.

Good that it's fixed then Although I have no rares to lend out anyway.. hehehehe

about the new lure...the new clan thing bring a few new lures... wait to see number1 and cry
